Motley Rice member Nate Finch and human rights lawyer Elizabeth Smith will attend the American Constitution Society's (ACS) Annual Convention, "Democracy at Stake," being held from June 14 to June 16, 2012, at the Capital Hilton Hotel in Washington, D.C. On Friday, June 15, 2012, Finch will participate in a panel discussion to debate whether people are losing the right to a trial by jury.
