Grace Mickle litigates for injured workers and their families, using the judicial system to promote safer work environments. Grace is part of a team litigating cases involving toxic PFAS chemicals. She works on cases in MDL 2873, In re Aqueous Film-Forming Foams Products Liability Litigation, alleging natural resource damage and property damage. Grace also represents fire fighters who have brought personal injury cases resulting from PFAS exposure. She also supports litigation brought on behalf of clients harmed by asbestos exposure as well as other toxic exposure cases.Grace was a law clerk for Motley Rice in 2023. Additionally, she gained experience in a broad range of intellectual property issues while working with a firm in North Carolina. In 2019, she was a fellow with the Office of the Mayor in Columbia, S.C., where she worked to address special projects including budget challenges and youth engagement.While completing her legal studies, Grace served as the Executive Editor for the Wake Forest Journal of Business and Intellectual Property Law, as well as the Summer Initial Editor for the Wake Forest Law Review.
