Devin protects public interests and resources through litigation filed for public entities. Prior to joining Motley Rice, Devin litigated complex antitrust and consumer protection class actions. Specifically, Devin worked on employee no-poach cases, as well as price-fixing and monopolization cases.While completing his legal studies, Devin served as an intern with the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia. There, he advocated for indigent clients and on behalf of the United States with a variety of social justice cases including Fifth Amendment Due Process, Freedom of Information Act, and employment claims. Additionally, he worked as a research assistant for Professor Carlton Waterhouse aiding in the writing of a book on social dominance theory and the Supreme Court. As a Henry F. Ramsey Dean’s Fellow, he taught a legal citations class to first-year law students and assisted them with research and writing assignments.
